Symphony Marine Equity (SME) was incorporated as joint ventures with RS Platou Finans, part of the leading international ship and offshore brokers RS Platou.
In the beginning of 2013, Symphony Ventures has acquired the stake of RS Platou Finans and thus the above company is fully owned by Symphony Ventures.
In Dec 2013, Symphony Ventures exited by selling the entire stake held in SME.
