Barracuda founded Euro Offshore in 2002 with a majority stake to trade in oilfield equipment. Euro Offshore specialised in the purchasing of used BOPs, refurbishing them to API quality and marketing them to drilling contractors. It also stocks replacement parts for Cameron, Hydril and Shaffer.
